Through research, education and advocacy, the Canadian Association for the Study of the Liver seeks to eliminate liver disease.

MISSION STATEMENT

Ø         The Canadian Association for the study of the Liver represents a multidisciplinary group of doctors, scientists and health care providers whose expertise focuses on the liver.

Ø         The Canadian Association for the study of the Liver is committed to providing national leadership in all aspects of research, teaching and patient care as it pertains to the liver.

GOALS

Ø         Our goals are to improve the quality of health care; provide education; promote research and provide a forum for research dialogue; and enhance our role as a world leader in hepatology

Ø         To achieve these goals, we will develop partnerships with groups including research agencies, charitable organizations, universities, governments, industry, regulatory bodies, allied health care workers, and the public.
